The Chinese New Year at the School has brought the start of the development work for our new sports facilities. There will be a regular progress update on the School website, the first of which you can find
In Hong Kong and want to hear first-hand how the project is going and what else is happening at the School? Come and
join the Headmaster and Mrs Hunter in The Canny Man, Wanchai at 6.30pm on Wednesday 16 March as they take time out from promoting the School to catch up with you all. Please reply to this email if you're coming along.
Some of you may have sailed into spectacular Hong Kong harbour but we know there are quite a few of you with boats and sailing craft various around the world. If you would like to meet up with other Merchistonians on the water then we can share your plans
on the Club website. Send us your details of where you will be and when and maybe you'll be able to enjoy sundowners with an old classmate in a mooring, port or harbour somewhere.
Good luck to Scotland as they play Wales this weekend. We may have 2 returned tickets for the Scotland game in Dublin if anyone is interested. Email by return.
If you're making any Valentine's purchases, or buying anything else, online then, at no cost to you, you could support the School's fundraising at the same time. Purchase through
Easyfundraising and a donation from the company you're buying from will come directly to the School. It really is easy.
The School is on half term next week so our next newsletter will be out 26 February, the same day as our Business Breakfast. There are places still available.
