'School Record Smashed'

Dear Merchistonians and Friends

Thursday saw the U14 and U15 athletics teams compete against Stewart's Melville. Rudi B was victorious in breaking the School record of 26.5 seconds for 200m set by Ben Dunnet (96-02) in 1997.  Rudi managed to complete it in 26.4 seconds!  Well done for holding on to the record for 20 years Ben!

Merchistonian News

Thanks to Rob Salvesen (99-02) who has stepped down as our New Zealand rep. Would any of our New Zealand based Merchistonians like to step up? Get in touch with me if you would like to find out more. I expect many of you will be visiting NZ to support the British and Irish Lions Tour this summer.
