After a gap year in Asia he spent two years in executive recruitment in Glasgow and Reading, before following his dream, working in tennis.
In 2016 he became a tennis professional in Tracy, California, working for the Cliff Drysdale organisation. Through his hard work, on and off court, he was awarded the 2017 "Cliffy" award for the "pro of the year", chosen from over thirty Cliff Drysdale centres in the USA.
In January this year he was promoted to become Director of Tennis at the Cliff Drysdale operation at InShape in Tracy.
