Maison Jessiaume, Burgundy’s Greatest Wines - 35% Discount
A message from David Murray (87-92)

"I am delighted to offer you a unique and very rare opportunity to buy some of Burgundy’s greatest wines direct from our family’s vineyard situated in the heart of the region.

Domaine Jessiaume was created in 1850 by the Jessiaume family. In 2006, after being run by many generations of that family, our family were fortunate to have the opportunity to purchase the property, which included not only some of the most valuable single vineyard plots in the world, but also a stunning home and a library of vintage wines going back to 1908.

Due to some of the smallest harvests in history, Burgundy has produced very small quantities of wine during the years 2012 to 2016. This has made supply extremely limited and pushed prices higher and higher. Fashions dictate that, if there is less of a product, the more people want it, and unfortunately wine is no different!

So after a few glasses of wine recently with my brother and discussing how expensive Burgundy wine has become, we thought it would be a good opportunity to try and get some of the few remaining wines we have left into people hands in the most cost effective manner. The Murray family are fortunate enough to also own Cockburn’s of Leith, Scotland’s oldest Independent Wine Merchant established in 1796. They have kindly agreed to bring these wines over to the UK with no extra charge. Therefore buying these wines are genuinely as if you were buying them at the cellar door. The prices attached represent a 35% discount to normal retail prices.

Please note that stock will be limited and will come on a first come basis. Minimum orders of 6 bottles.

The wines we are selling have been highly recommended by some of the world’s most renowned critics. Below is a flavor of how well these wines have been recommended."
