A Chiropractor and businessman, himself he spoke in depth to the pupils about the health not merely being the absence of illness, and of the 5 key concepts to achieve Wellness:
1. Maximized Nervous System
2. Maximized Nutrition
3. Maximized Exercise
4. Maximized Mind
5. Minimized Toxins
His talk was excellent and the group of twenty or so pupils who joined him for coffee in the Old Library were treated to demonstrations and more chat about being a Chiropractor and what it is like to build and run your own business. Several pupils even set up work experience in his practice in Perth, where they will be able to experience seeing all aspects of his 8 weeks to Wellness programme, including the adjustments, the personal training, and the nutrition training.
He delivered brilliantly and was well-received by the puplis.
