Over the last few years I have offered to send, via email, to those who ask a short daily Bible reading and some thoughts each day throughout term time Lent. This year's theme is Merchiston Parables.  They will begin on Monday the 19^th February and run through the second half of term finishing on the last Friday 22nd of March. These are offered to pupils, staff, parents and Merchistonians alike...last year over 300 subscribed. It is very much opt in.
