On the morning of Saturday 02 November, we have a number of home fixtures, including the 1st XV match against Edinburgh Academy, which kicks off at 10.45am. This is always a big event and we would anticipate a good level of support from alumni.

Due to the large number of supporters, we are looking at the possibility of external security and stewarding. Could I therefore please ask you to take careful note of the following and prepare accordingly:

• Parking onsite is limited and will be closed when full
• Parking is available on Colinton Road, but only outside the coned areas
• Please avoid parking in other local residential streets (e.g. Paties Road / Katesmill Road) as this tends to strain relations with our neighbours
• Arriving on foot or by public transport is likely to be the best option where possible
• All spectators are liable to have their bags searched on entry. Entry will be refused to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or attempting to bring alcohol into the grounds
• Please ensure that support throughout the match remains respectful and appropriate
